We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Samad, were friendly and extremely helpful. The Pablo Cafe staff were also very cheerful and always ready to serve. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a 24/7 reception and a dream-like atmosphere. The room, although small, was decorated neatly and had a convenient kitchenette. Everything was clean and tidy. We were pleased to find that there was a supermarket in the complex, open 24/7, where we could buy all our needs. The hotel also had a safe underground parking place, which was very convenient since we had a car. The location was also good, with the Sanayi metro station just a five-minute walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city.

the location was particularly good, short walk to metro, which is nearly 100m away, and local shop, i couldn't have asked for anything better. also, it was based in the middle of the city. rooms were big size and cosy, had an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron as well as smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The room and balcony were incredibly dirty, and the vent in the bathroom was full of dust. It seemed like the room had not been cleaned at all during our stay, with the same bed sheets, towels, and full toilet bin throughout.

The hotel offers clean and cozy apartments with plenty of kitchen amenities for comfortable living. The multi-level underground parking is great, and the breakfast is nutritious and tasty.
